Quelques jours avant de petites vacances à Barcelone, j'apprends sur instagram que Conrad Roset expose une toile au 83 calle Muntaner; très jolie adresse!
Je pars en aventure Gandalf!
On a prévenu mon copain qu'on souhaitait qu'il travaille dans 3 jours. En 2 jours, on a fait notre sac, préparé quelques paperasses et on a sauté dans le train direction Paris. Et ça s'enchaine: projet freelance + fin des démarches administratives + recherches d'apart'. Aujourd’hui, on peut déménager n'importe quand dans les prochains jours donc je ne peux guère m'engager dans des projets avec clients; je m'impatiente
On ne pensait pas se lancer si vite, mais l'opportunité s'est présentée, alors on l'a saisie.
Pour quoi faire?
Si on va à l'école, si on grandit, si on apprend des choses, c'est pour prendre son envol. Être indépendant, c'est le premier vrai succès d'un adulte à mon avis. C'est le moment où on prouve a ses parents qu'on s'en sort tout seul après tout ce temps sous leurs ailes.
Et si ça ne marche pas du premier coup, ainsi soit-il, mais autant tenter dès que faire se peu (penser ici à "qui ne tente rien n'a rien"!). Devoir venir sur à la capitale me pousse à profiter de ses avantages, et m’amène forcement à subir ses inconvénients. Mais dans le fond, si cette aventure marche bien, j'espère pouvoir bientôt en profiter un maximum, et ramener toutes mes affaires nécessaires à démarrer les choses sérieuses. Ne pas avoir de livre à lire, d'instruments à torturer, d'outils à fabriquer, ça manque beaucoup.

My boyfriend was warned he had to start working in 3 days. In two days, we made our bag, prepared some papers and jumped into the train to Paris. And it's going on: freelanceproject + ending administrative procedures + flats searches. Actualy, we can move anytime in the next few days so I can hardly engage in projects with clients; I am impatient. We didn't think we would jump in so quickly, but the opportunity presented itself, so we grabbed it.
What is this for?
If you go to school, if you grow, if you learn things, it is to take off. To be independent, it is the first real success of adulthood in my opinion. This is when we prove to our parents that we manage it all alone after all this time under their protection and advices. And if it does not work the first time, so be it, but it may be better to try it when it seems doable (think here of "nothing ventured, nothing gained!"). Having to be in the capital pushes me to enjoy its benefits, and necessarily leads me to suffer from its disadvantages. But basically, if this adventure goes well, I hope to quickly benefit and bring all my things needed for a good life. I do not have a book to read, an instrument to torture, tools to produce, and it misses me.

Oh my, Paris??? Oh la la, I'm so jelly! ^_^ I wanted to live away from my parents, partially because of the whole "want to be independent and learn to use the washing machine" thing, and partially because if I stay there for more than three days, we would probably murder each other! :D
RépondreSupprimerI hope we will be able to stay here more than the few months our parents will help us; if we suceed living here, we can live anywhere in the contry afterwards :p I understand the second motivation too even if they're really cool, I lived far from home since my post-college-graduction (5 years ago) so if I would have to live more than 2 months again with my parents, I would become a bit tense x)
