Draw on monday #16 - Attrape-reves

Cette petite illu que j'ai réalisée, c'était un peu la fête sous mes doigts.
Il faut savoir que quand j'ai commencé à dessiner intensément, au lycée, je ne faisais que des dessins mis en couleur à l'aquarelle (voir aux feutres à alcool et crayons de couleurs quand j'étais on fire), pour petit à petit me mettre à la tablette graphique grâce aux généreux noëls adolescents! Et franchement, j'avais acquis une bonne technique (surtout de la patience pour fondre les couleurs comme je le désirais en fait). Du coup, j'ai profité d'un moment de nostalgie et de doute pour m'y replonger, et voir à quel point... j'étais plus patiente auparavant! Mais quel plaisir de travailler finement, avec la pression de l'erreur, et la concentration de travailler le moindre détail, la moindre couche translucide comme on ferait des fouilles archéologiques (vais-je défoncer un truc qui aurait pu être plutôt hype?)!

You have to know I intensively started to draw in High school, and I only used watercolor (and alcohol-pen and color pencils when I was on fire) to color my drawings, and then, little by little, my tool became the graphic tablet coming from generous teenage Christmas! And honestly, I aquired a good technique (especially patience to blend colors as I actually wanted ). So, I took advantage of a moment of nostalgia and doubt to use these mediums again and see how ... much I was more patient before! But what a pleasure to work finely with the pressure of the error, and the concentration of the detailed work, applying any translucent layer as you would do archaeological excavations (will I smash something that could be rather be awesome?)!
